Would it be possible to alter the process credit history screen so that it shows not only the request date, but also the processed date ?
That way there would be a one place stop where both Linden and ourselves can check to see whether the "5 working day" processing time is being adhered to, or roughly how much the transactions are going over that time estimate ( so that the information on the web can be adjusted accordingly )
Also how about a dynamically updated estimate to process on the front screen ( much like the Disney Queue timers )
Eg
Transactions are currently being processed :
On Average in 3 days
Minimum time 1 day.
Maximum time 14 days.
