How about a new UV Mapping scheme that isn't terrible for seams? We need at least a system that includes full frontal side and full back side, not this four quadrant stuff. Makes it really hard to make something decent.
Or, even better, a tool that lets us create our own UV maps, make the textures, then convert them to some standardized format to be uploaded. Either way, these templates are out of line. The hip seams aren't even shaped the same! Good luck warping/guessing.
Our current solutions aren't very good: blurring, outlining, warping, etc. It just doesn't turn out right. Even using a 3D Paint program doesn't really help, especially when we can use the power of photoshop. Any other suggestions on this idea?
