INVENTORY_ALL constant

Because LL has not implemented INVENTORY_* constants as combinable bitflags, in order for scripts to get a view of all items within an object's inventory, they must store each INVENTORY_* constant. When an inventory type is added, it makes those scripts obsolete. I propose that an INVENTORY_ALL constant be added, so that scripts that work with inventory in its entirety can function properly even if new inventory types are added.

integer llGetInventoryType(string name)

It would return the type of the item
if the item didn't exist it would return 0 (as this is why i really want this function).
