I have found it a very large bother to locate lindens that handle special things within second life.
Example a child that was underage located in the main grid took me and three others to find the right linden that handles that kind of task many instant messages to the wrong lindens asking them for the proper linden to talk to.
Now I know that we are really not suppose to im the lindens about problems and just send reports but if the lindens have there own set jobs they tend to in second life then why not make those jobs known to every second life user.
For example when you do a search for linden / You might see next to there name Abuse manager/ Or Bug tracker!
This would reduce the amount of instant messages to the improper lindens and just make things run much smoother giveing the lindens more time out of ims to do there jobs more effectively without bother!

When you find a minor in SL you need to get them to say their age. Then file an abuse report using the inworld abuse report system in the Help menu, making sure you have the include chat history box checked. You can also contact an online Liaison if you wish, they may or may not kick the person immediately. It's their call. You can find a Linden liaison online by looking up Linden in the Find People list, making sure the online box is checked.. Then check to see if they are a member of the Liaison group. Some Lindens inworld aren't there for customer service work, they might be inworld for a specific task or possibly just looking around. The Liaison group's current officers are: Lee, Jeff, Michael, Robin, Char, Cyn, Blue, and Governor The Liaison group's current members are: Jeska, Ethan, Coffee, Lizzie, Jonathan, Tess, Altruima, Nigel, Pathfinder, Adam, Deana, Data, Jill, Teeple, Rheya, Lucy, Mick, Cyn, Jack Linden, Kenny, Harry, Nicole, Patsy, Wilder, Guy, and Brad. You should be able to contact an online Liaison by contacting Live Help and asking the Linden monitoring the Live Help chat to assist you. I have had several instances lately in which my calls to Live Help went completely unanswered despite the fact that there were Liaisons on duty. There is a group called Bug Hunters with several Lindens as officesr, the Lindens in the Bug Hunters group are Dan, Kona, Vektor, Brent, Cyn, Jonathan, and Tess. You are right that the Linden's profiles would be more useful to us if they had better job descriptions. ------ Also it's probably best to ask for "duties" instead of "dudies", no telling what that might getchya.
