ScriptDanger presently returns TRUE if the position is no-build, no-script, or auto-return.
We need (NEED) a way of detecting each one individually. The uses are obvious, but lemme just mention another one...
If a script can auto-find return land, unattended vehicles and aircraft can -return themselves- to their owner by moving onto auto-return land. (Sure, we should get a 'llReturnToOwner' to do this instead, but... *shrug*)
The auto-return detector should, of course, return the time, rather than just TRUE.
