Hi, the people of outside US that don't have credit card can't buy L$ or be premium because PayPal outside US only accept credit card.
I think that you can add www.moneybookers.com to the payment methods. With monebookers we can transfer money direct of our bank accounts without need credit card. This is my request  Greetings |
