For those that want more info: From what I see of it, particularly from the strange permissions for items in groups, but also from the inability to query groups from LSL, this particular issue seems like it's a going to be a hard-to-implement database schema change affecting all agents - but the issue really does appear to be the result of a previous database design error. "Mark my words", in the long run, the current and inadequate workarounds for this design problem will run out. Please fix it now before the deleterious effects creep any further into the application source code!
