'Send as Postcard' image as attachment rather than external embed

I could be running a sweet Second Life moblog if SL attached postcard images rather than sent them linked as part of an HTML-format email.

An attachment can be posted to my moblog module as a pic, and filtered text from the postcard used as the body of the blog posting.

I can't extract the image the way it is currently embedded. Changing it wouldn't be a big deal, would it?
