It would be nice if there was an option to be able to KEEP the history window open by default... instead of having to open it every time you login

I'd love to be able to set any window to sticky. I ALWAYS put the Camera Control widget up on my screen every time I log in. It is quite annoying.

Even better!.. I was just going for the obvious ons first.. Ideally window stick and some sort of window management (i usually have to have a deluge of overlapping windows to fit everything (Esp when prim editing)... would be the ideal.. Some rollups would be nice (click on title bar to roll the window up out of the way, leaving the top of the window control bar)

irc and most chat programs had the ability to save all chat since forever.
Why doesnt SL have it, i feel like im in stone age when using chat in SL, and 1 color chat is BAD for reading, scroll up, wops who said that was that person or this, cant see diffrence as its 1 color -.-

no options
nothing

Chat history seems to be a hairy issue with SL...
I think they *DONT* want people to be able to save chat history or cut and paste it... for "security" reasons...
I know if you cut and paste it to a notecard and send it to someone you can be actually punished for it, according to some people I know...
Personally there are times id like to cut/copy a URL, or a phrase, (Hell id like to be able to dump it all to an AR but that feature was nicely "removed"..... A partial workaround would be a URL/email address grabber with a comment field, and grab the users name who sent it.. or a decent allowable cut and paste chunk... (whats the character limit on some IM programs...)
Ideally id like to see a rudimentary address book in SL which allows for the basic SL user information (Login name, and store an email address and possible real IM names, if given (NOT have it as a profile option). Though you can use the notes field for some of this...
