I do not know if this has been suggested before but here i go.
I would like to see a entire grid dedicated to resident only builds No commercial of any kind and keep the grid PG people could still build what the want as long as it is not commercial.
I nice place to live and socialize with out clubs and malls or stores. An options for us who just want to relax in SL. I still want access to a mall or club when i want to go but i want a place where i can have an home with out a club or mall popping up and the owner trying to push me out so he can have the land.
A nice quiet place.
IMHO this is also to help keep the land prices lower on the grid as well .
