Wouldn't it be nice to have a "mass transfer" option for the creator of an item? Select the whole thing, and choose: "Transfer ownership to..."
It would also be nice to have a "Builder retains modification rights" option in there. That would be fantastic... and most of my clients would love that. They often have me do modifications and updates after the build is done... and rather than assign me unlimited building rights to everything they own, it would be great to have an option to allow creators mod rights for things they build for other people.
