I think this feature would be helpful especially for creators of high-heel shoes. The current method for creating realistic high-heels involves placing a prim (with an invisibility script) inside the show to hide the foot geometry. While this utilizes few system resources, it isn’t very attractive - often creating a blinking or cloaked like effect around the Prim.

My suggestion would be to simply offer a slider (via shoe shape) that would allow the user to determine the angle of the foot - anywhere from 10-45%. This would allow for an impressive range of shoe styles and if implemented correctly this would also work with all existing dances.
