A simple suggestion, the ability to pay for things like tier charges and premium payments using L$ in your account at the current going rate  For me I'm fine paying for my premium in cash, but I'd rather pay L$ for land, so the ability to just have the money taken from my account for land would be neat. You would of course still require a valid PayPal account in order to sign-up and to remain as a resident. But if you have a stash of L$ and it's time to pay your premium fees then it should be made easy to do

This will never happen since LL creates any and all L$ in circulation, thusly it has ZERO value to them. There is however an alternate way that you can do basically what you've said: use the Lindex to sell your extra L$ for US$ and simply leave it in your SL account, when billing time comes around your US$ balance will be used to pay your membership and tier fees instead of your credit card being charged. You can then leave any leftover US$ for next month or xfer it to your PayPal account, have a check sent to you, etc...
