Ability to pre-set a pay amount for vendors

Since it seems that there are an awful lot of SLers who are not able to read a number and then type it accurately, I think it would be nice if we could have a way to preset a number into the Amount: field in the Pay dialogue. Preferably it would turn off the Fast Pay: buttons and you wouldn't be able to edit it.

This would bring vendors in line with directly buyable objects in terms of ease-of-use, and relieve vendor scripters and owners of having to worry about refunding incorrect payments.

Yeah, what the blue man said Numbers with an amount ALREADY on them, and more buttons as appropriate when there are multiple choices -- that shouldn't be hard.
