search feature

before the ability to write covanents, searching for land was somewhat easy using the land sales tab. In recent months, if I try to search any land, there are tons of land that comes up that would cost additional teirs to private individuals. there needs to be a way of weeding these out in searches or allowing people to search them. Perhaps in the drop down menu for all types, auctions, sales, ect there could be a tab for these covanent lands that charge additional fees outside of sl. that way they don't have to be viewed by people that want to pay tier to LL and those who would rather rent in these areas can find it easily. Land searching is extremely muddled.

it would also be great to be able to weed out land that has rediculous pricing such as the majority of ad spaces or when someone puts their first land up for 999999999.

Yes, this should have been in there from the start. Just like you can select "First land" or "Auctions" from the pulldown, you should be able to select "Land for lease" or something similar to see land on island estates... but it shouldn't show up by default mixed with Linden sales under the current ownership rules.

Im glad someone agrees. thought all this time I was doing something wrong. its a mssive pain so I simply stopped buying land
