I know that 15 groups is already a lot, but I this 20 would be much more helpful. Cause 15 just isnt enough room, I own a few groups and im in quite a few important ones i cant leave. So maybe you should up the groups next update. Lily

Yes it has. I've seen that LL will be upping the number of groups to over 20 (I think it's 25 or 30, I've forgotten where I've seen it, maybe in something about 1.9.1).

Why does it need a limit anyway? A lot of people won't join many groups, so really there should be some slack for allowing more groups per user, so if someone needs to be in 50 then they can.
I'm thinking it's maybe the implementation, really what they need to do is make it a decent linked system so it can be any size, and maybe one that is quick to search and list (e.g a Tree structure), then they can finally implement llSameGroup() in such a way that it will tell you if a user belong to a group, rather than merely has it active. |

Along with that we'd also want the already requested (I'm too lazy to search for it) proposal to have the IM window on "new IM" not default tot he top evey time it's opened. Some people already hate scrolling past 15 groups: imagine the pain of 50!
