Just as we can Ban people from our land; Group Officers, or at least the founder of the group, need to be able to Ban people from their group.
Most groups have open memberships, but there are a few that misuse the group. They can be tossed out, but can easily press the "Join" button again.

A good idea would be to report those users each time they do it.
