It be nice if i could click on the SL time and a dropdown would appear
showing 1 (my timezone in relation to SL time)
And possibly the time in selected cities....
Ideally it would also be attached to a user's profile as well to figure out what timezone their
in

This sounds quite sensible and useful. I'm not sure what kind of timezone clock you have in mind.
