Limit the visibility of "NO ENTRY" bars

Unless you're actually entering the land, you don't even need to know if there's a land ban up on a property. The red bars should simply not be included in the "interest list" unless your avatar is within a couple of meters of the property line, at the most.

That would eliminate most of the nuisance effect of land bans on neighboring parcels.

Also, it would be great if you could just turn off the ban lines altogether. I rarely find them useful. Keep me from entering the parcel, but don't make me see the bars. If I want to see them, fine, I'll turn them on.

I think ban lines should be like property lines, so I can toggle them on and off. This would be another great way to increase client FPS. ;) :rolleyes:
