redraw single av

Simply put, I propose that there should be a 'reload av' button under 'more' in the pie menu that opens when you click on another avatar.

This would re-download all the info about their appearance, and refresh how they displayed in world.

The reason is simple : sometimes an av's clothes, attachments, etc don't display correctly, and this would enable us to refresh those avs easily to make them display right.

It'd also be useful for those people who have their comp set not to automatically update av clothes/attachments due to being on poor connections - they'd still be able to update as needed on their friends whose updates they'd want to see.

How about this?

We would want it for objects as well.
(And I think there's a suggestion about this floating aroudn somewhere)
