Could you add a confirmation when you quit the application? My mouse occasionally freaks out and I keep accidentally clicking the X in the corner of the window. It would be great if this popped up "Are you sure you want to quit?" instead of simply logging me out immediately.

I'd like that too, but only if I hit the close button, if I use a keyboard short-cut to close then it should only ask if I have an unsaved script/notecard open.

Yup. I'd agree. And for those that don't want it, make it a togglable option. You can even default it to off! There! Everybody happy! :)

This would also stop a certain kind of newbie abuse at Welcome Areas. When a newbie asks how to do something, some idiot will often tell them to press Alt+F4...which of course instantly logs them out and closes SL.

Thought I posted here. o..O
Said I'd like to see the confirmation on the [X] as well, but it's unnessessary for the File -> Logout, but if it had to be blanket, that'd be ok.

duh, I didn't see this exact suggestion was posted the day before me. My bad about the repeat thread.

Anyone who says "press alt-F4" should be instantly banned, and if they have payment info on file then be fined $1000 for crimes against intelligence.
