I propose that any group invitation made to you while you are offline should be set so there is ZERO charge to join.
Reason: There is currently a spate of offline group invitations going around with join fees. Given the way they are presented to you at login, it is all too easy to accidentally click on yes and be a little poorer. It maybe won't mean much financially to each individual, but it strikes me as a form of scamming.
Implementation: When a group offficer invites a person, the invite is sent normally if the invitee is online. If the invitee is offline, the inviter gets a warning that the person is offline, and a choice to either cancel the invite, or re-offer the invite with no join fee attached.
