Move Luna shopping sim closer to WA

Every time I fly over Luna (which, admittedly isn't often), it's deserted. I can't remember having seen a single shopper in there recently. I think if you moved the sim to a spot closer to Ahern/Morris, it might get more traffic. There's a void sim just south of Rizal that would make a great location for Luna.

I just hate to see all the Luna merchants losing out b/c Luna is off in a corner like that.
