I don't known if this has been suggested before, but I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. You are talking with a friend in IM and you get into a conversation in which all your messages seem to mesh together. You end up answering many questions at the same time, because at some point you both lost track of who was typing at the moment when questions were being asked. I know it sounds a bit confusing, but what I am suggesting is pretty simple... how about a "Player X is typing" message on the bottom of the IM window when a player is typing (kinda like while chatting using Trillian or many other IM programs)? That way when you ask a question to a friend, you can see if they are replying and you can wait for their reply instead of typing away. ;)
