Vertical sliders have a bug where when you click and hold the slider and slide it down, the slider doesn't keep up with the mouse.
The slider should keep up with the mouse. If you click and hold in the middle of the slider, it should stay there while you slide up and down. Instead it gets more and more behind the actual mouse position. This makes it difficult to scroll through a long list. Because soon your mouse is at the bottom of the screen, while the slider has only moved about half of that. You have to go back and reclick/hold in order to continue your downward scroll.
A good example is the textures combo box with a lot of textures. click on the vertical slider and start sliding, notice how the slider starts lagging more and more behind for every line you slide.

well lets get it fixed I bet its probably pretty simple to fix too, probably loosing a pixel or two per line as you scroll meaning it slowly gets out of sync with the mouse.
