Never have I seen a more confusing mess in my life. Why not simplify it some?
Even the Live Helpers seem confused by it. I see people complaining about it here and I also hear about it in-world.
Lindens, you improved the land purchase recently. Now, how about making groups and land tools both make more sense AND be a little more useful?
For instance, people have to buy security scripts if they want to keep griefers off their land as things stand now. Increase the current Land Ban limit up to three or four hundred meters at least, but make it like a big box. Make it so people in planes can still fly over if they wish.

They either need to incease the unpowered flight limit then, or keep the ban limit under 250 meters. Otherwise everyone would have to find/buy/use some sort of flight enhancement. A height of 200 meters from land actual level would be perfect. |

The normal lateral flight level is well under 250 meters. If you fly around and don't keep your finger on the "up" key you find yourself skimming the top of and running into the ban boxes as it is. |
