Seriously. thats about the worse possible thing you could do. You get to say whatever you like and then bury any responses you disagree with. If they implement this, I virtually guarantee the forum will die on its feet within days - mainly because no one will reply to threads, they'll open new ones and cross reference the old one so their post cant be modded. _____________________

Sadly that's probably true. Perhaps having the option to make it a 'moderated' thread. If someone disagrees with the OP's point/issue, and does so rationally and respectfully, I would hope that most OP's would respond thoughtfully... and not not be childish enough to delete the contending point of view. I was just hoping for an incentive to reduce the utterly unconstructive volume of "zOMGWTF! You're such an f'n loser. It's as simple as that. No more needs to be said." |
