Post suggestions you'd like Linden Lab to consider for the improvement of Second Life.

Update the original terrain dirt texture. Please make it smooth and sandy or pebbly and colourful.

Make an efficiency team available (by appointment) to provide an assessment in terms of sim performance. Educate the user as to how they may be unknowingly degrading the product and provide them with information on avenues for improvement.

On the voting system, use the Linden comment section to indicate status/likelihood/LL opinion of the proposed items. I've had all of my votes in one form or another placed on transport proposals (increased # of teleport home locations, P2P,...). I have since read in the Hotline Forum that LL is not considering P2P at all at this time, preferring to defer to provisions made by ingame developers. Why isn't that information posted in the proposal section? This issue is of high importance to me but I am sure proponents of most of the issues would be interested in the status of their proposals as well. It's fine to seek out members opinions on what is important to them but the likelihood of implementation can effect one's choices. Until LL brushes the dust off my teleport votes, I'll continue to forget about the voting system.

Fyi, I have ROAM; signed up for a year the first day it came out. It works great for many but it's performance is very inconsistent for me. I think the long haul between the S.E. mainland and the Atoll continent which I normally traverse is just too far for this system. Sim seam crossing issues often crash me and my audio is usually lost requiring a relog anyway. Can I call customer support on this? Of course not, it isn't an LL product.
