Use Local Textures (For testing!!)

After spending around L$150 more today than I should have had to to upload textures, only to find that some of them didn't work in the way I wanted, I realised that it would be VERY nice if I could clothe a prim locally in a file texture to see if the texture works before uploading it. Especially in multi-prim creations with round prims, getting a texture right on the first try can be painstaking.

The preview feature is wonderful for figuring out MOST things on avatars (except for "Will the top and bottom parts seam together properly";), but there is no way to figure out if the texture will work properly on a prim-built object.

So how much trouble would it be to ask the client to use a TGA from the local filesystem temporarily to test the textures, then even maybe have an "Upload all asociated textures" to just send everything to the server and make it global? It would make skinning things MUCH simpler.

also you can expect at least one "they do it to drain money out of the economy" response
