Couple of thoughts here.
First and foremost, I really dislike the shadows we have for the avatar currently. They just dont fit right. I would personally love to see either
A) Ability to turn off avatar shadows via a preference option.
B) Give us an advanced option that will turn on stencil shadows for the avatar.
C) A better implimentation of the current system, i.e. make it a larger less descript shadow that actually hugs the ground and isnt stuck up on the calf.

Building on option B from above....
With the Stencil shadows option I would think it would have a few options of its own.... A) Shadow Self B) Shadow Others C) Shadow Plants D) Shadow Prims _____________________
