For instance, I am FOREVER hitting the keyboard shortcut for snapshot when trying to hit the ESC key.
Even more annoying, I am also forever hitting the CMD shortcut key for minimize when trying for the ALT key.
I am the first one to admit that the problem is ME not being able to hit the correct keys, but I would really love to have the option of disabling those two so I can continue to mistype with impunity
