I've been looking at condo investments in RL, which led me here -it's a little cheaper! Not all sites www.realtor.com, remax, century 21, prudential, etc. have every feature...But each of them has at least one feature listed below:
But it would be great if the Land Sales could get its own "box", with entries for:
1. Length of time property has been listed
2. Photo-only search
3. Original listing price, most recent listing price
4. Name of owner selling - whether it is through individual owner, Linden Labs, second party who charges their own tier rates (I don't feel comfortable buying from someone with their own fees and policies outside of Linden Labs)
5. Price range entries - L 0 to L 999 L 999 to L 4999 L 4999 to L 9999, etc...and any combination ...
6. Virtual tours/ additional photos so you don't have to keep teleporting to site over and over and over again.
7. Screen out renters from "Sales" selection - why do rentals keep appearing there?
8. Type-of-land selector similar to realtor.com that allows you to select type of land: waterfront, mountaintop, flat land, etc..
9. Square footage selector - 512 - 1024, 1024 - 2048, 2048 to....etc
10. Anything else that can be done to bring land sale interface "up to snuff" with real estate websites in RL.
