The following LSL functions would be invaluable for accounting and statistics purposes:llGetParcelTrafficValue() - returns value for Traffic displayed in the 'about land' window. llGetOwnerAccountBalance() - returns Owner's current $L account balance as an integer. llSetOwnerAccountBalance() would be nice too, but I'd be happy with the above.

should require some permission,
PERMISSION_GET_ACCOUNT_BALANCE
