i think you should have the groups set up so that you could have sub groups for large organisations that have many different divisions, it would be easier to manage, you could charge to create a sub group within a group. i also think that if you use somebody's feedback or suggestions, you should give them 10000  . |

Group roles are sub-groups, hun.
And no on that, because the ideas that generally get implemented are the ones that come up really often, multiple times, from multiple people. There'd be constant fighting over who came up with the idea.
