I'm not sure if this has been suggested before or not, but why not have an assignable role in a group for people to build in group land, whether it's set to allow building or not?

It would allow "trusted users" the freedom to build on private land without being interrupted, also it would also save troubles with random users and cageguns (or dropping houses on crowded parcels) or better, it could allow for instances where a user who is invited onto a property is giving a tutorial/class/demo, and can rez their own objects/tools without having to worry about interruptions/disruptions.

Edit: I'm talking about building and modifying self-owned object only. Not giving the user permission to deed their objects to the land/group or mess with the parcel.

This would be really nice, so, if youare attending a building class on land that allows 121 prims, some noob who doesnthave permissions come around, and drop a 120 prim house ontop of your land!
