default camera angles

i would like some choices in the default camera angle.

loking downward is cool for outdoor settings, i can scroll mouse in and out. but indoors often it limits experience. i'd like some hotkeys that can shift the camera angle. mouse look is good, but i don't alwy like mouse look. the immersion is visually superior, but interactivity is diminished in mouse look. hence i would like camera angle options.

one particular angle i'd like is horizontal at my av's head level.

I'm pritty sure you can change the defult camera angle. There is an option under one of the menus to bring up a controll pannel. The control panel can be used to manipulate the posistion of the camera.
