Suggested keyboard shortcuts for StandUp, Appearance and Groups

Can we have some more keyboard shortcuts? Here's a few suggestions based on other shortcuts in the existing client, these are features that I frequently use that I think would benefit from this.

END
Standup (similar to HOME = Fly/Stop Fly)

Ctrl-Shift-E
Edit Appearance (toggles showing/closing edit appearance)

Ctrl-Shift-G
Groups (toggles showing/closing groups dialog)

Ctrl-Shift-L
Create Landmark Here (does it)

Ctrl-Alt-P
Alt Shows Physical (toggles feature on/off)

Toolbar (toggles toolbar on/off)
