Land Sales suggestion

I propose 3 additions to the land sales section in the finder

1) A tickbox with an extry dialog "Price <= L$/sq.m" Ticking this box and entering a number would only show land that is priced below or equal to the entered L$ per sqm (usefull for filtering out very high priced land per m2)

2) A tickbox followed by "Show only Mature Land" this would enable the filtering out of all pg land from a search, info is based on sim details and not from the land name/description

3) A text entry based search to help with further searching, this would encourage better descriptions etc, ie waterfront, snow, pg, and even sim name, if possible this could also include the removal of searches using the -mature -snow term.

I'd also like to be able to search for a range of parcel sizes, instead of just setting the minimum size, and I'd like to be able to filter the search by PG and Mature.
