Officers Only can create proposals
Recently some members have been making tons of proposals making everyone else in the group very upset which led to them leaving the groups. Please make it so you can only have officers be able to make proposals. And then again.. make it so only certain officers that the creator of the group can set that can make proposals and the various other features of the officer powers of a group.

Not sure it should be so binary, but perhaps an OPTION for each group to be set this way could be available. This way, if Founder and Officers wanted to have more control, they could.

oh well that's what I meant.. not like as the new set in stone thing for groups.. but having the options available.
