Alt+1 panel defaults

I was wondering if we could go back to having the Alt+1 debug info panel show the "Basic" panel open by default? This is the one with the general information in it such as frame rate, ping times, etc.

It's difficult to navigate newbies to the Basic panel, because they don't know that the panels open and collapse by clicking on the text.

Often, the people who need help the most are the ones who are brand new here and are already overwhelmed by the UI.

It would seem best to open the "Basic" panel by default since it contains the most general information about your status and would make it easier to help out new people who are having trouble with performance.

Optimally, it'd be great if the client saved which of the three panels were opened, so that it remains the same as you left it between relogs, but I understand that might take more work.

Yes. (And here I thought that my client was just somehow screwed up, and kept the Simulator open by default somehow.)
