allow group name changing from inworld gui

I woudl liek to have the ability to change the name of groups I own (and perhaps also add that as a ability to be permited or denied to others not the the owner(s) of the group)
basicly it would be just a matter of clicking the "Change Group Name" button in the group info window, writing the new name and clicking "change", the system woudl look up the database to confirm ther eisn't another group with that name already (liek it does when creatign a new group) and if it was clear the group woudl have the name changed, if necessary charge for the name changing to disincourage frivoulous name changes

when I mentioned this idea to some people they said "why not simply create another groupwitht he right name?", my answer to that is athat I don't wanna have to resend all the important notices to be stored witht he new group, not have to re set everything set to the old gropu, nor risk loosing members that for one reason or another don't migrate to the new group

I'd like this as well. I misspelled a group name and fixed it with another misspelling. At that point I gave up.
