Land sale feedback, group land

Recently I made some land sales and it kinda became a mess. My e-mail folder was spammed with messages of objects returned from the parcel, but no notification who actually bought.

I suggest to add a notification message when somebody buys land from a player.

I am also not happy with the way group land is handled. Everytime I sell group land all the money is distributed among all members of the group. This is really annoying. I would like that money stay on a group Linden$ account and be usable to buy other land. It should not be automatically given to group members, instead officers should do explicit debit/credit transactions. The same applies for dwell bonus. It should be in the hand of officers to decide when and how much should be distributed as a dividend.

It really can't be that when my group moves to another place I have to pay for the new land from my own account, while the sale of the old land is spread among all people in the group.

I concur with this. I donated 512 to my group and we voted to sell in hopes of putting the money towards new land. Well afterwards I realized there's no such thing as retained earnings; 100% of the sales went to equally split dividends and the money was basically gone. We need avatar rights for corporations (groups)!
