I have read that some if not most vendors have a no replacement if lost due to data corruption and i thought i read where SL might be hard to get help from if data is lost, since things can happen.
Now i download the list of my transactions each week to keep on file for future problems ad records.
But, What if SL offered a Insurance plan that if data corruption happens and items are completely lost and can not be fixed, that they will refund the Linden dollars that the person has spent in the Sim so they can replace the items.
Cause i have spent ALOT on cloths and if they backup the database as they probley do, they should be able to fix any problem that accures, but you never know and i just thought this is a way the the person will know if anything happens that they will be componsated for what they spent in the sim, so they can go buy it again.
Just an Idea.
