There's a long and complicated way of explaining this, but I'll just put it simply for those who understand what a radio button is compared to a checkbox when it comes to webpages.
In the land tiers, instead of making a resident choose a radio button, allow them to check off checkboxes.
'Nuff said! 5 "Aye"s and I'll put this on the system.
