A Hood section for shirts would be nice, allowing the creation of hooded sweatshirts or other pieces. Say a slider to determine whether the hood is up over the head or down, the kind of point at the top, texture (wrinkles), droopiness or something.
Making hoods with primitives is very difficult. The closest acceptable solution I have come up with is to use hair. That does work for now, but its still difficult to remove the fringes on long hair, even when the sliders are turned all the way down. And to have hair under a hood would be even better.
