New way to vote?

there are people out there, people like me, who are always coming up with a new idea that we would like to get out there. But the problem is that we only get 10 votes, so we rarely use them on voting an mainly use them on proposing. I suggest two options; one we get plus one vote each month, two there is a number of votes you can submit and a different counter for a proposing.
