Set volume of collision noise in UI.

Please give us a slider in the UI to control the volume of the collision noises.

Like many people I have very dynamic ambient sounds all over my land and extremely dynamic music. This means my volume control tends to be high on my amplifier. Collision noises end up sounding like loud explosions and get irritating to say little of damaging the coils on my speakers!

I know we can use scripts to do this but I don't want to place a script in 100s of prims.
