Gui update , old one is showing its age

GUI update, face its not a pretty sight, seen in the Map : Region : scroll list latly?, its humongous, and to hard to even search for a certain sim, cant just do - type in 3-4 letters and find all the one that start with that (kinda like inventory search just regions)

I got bit bored and made this pic, notice things like
:: word colorization / phrase
:: stop button on animations
:tart/stop audio button & Start/stop video stream buttons at top of it
The url would prob location would be nice to, its easy enough to grab it off debug if i wanted to as it is now,, just if i want to still listen to that land i was on , would been handy if you could save their url in a drop down list (why i still prefer anything outside SL to play my streams when i tp around).

I guess i run SL on higher resolution then most though, but the buttons we have now are plain ugly (video/music) cant move them even more annoying

The GUI needs a total overhaul. It is clunky and generally ineffective plus it looks ten years old. Lessons need to be learned from Mac OS/media player GUIs.

Torley will support this idea... ;0 And with that, you can achieve anything!



As for the GUI being ugly... ;0 some of us like ugly! And we should be able to keep ugly! And you should be able to have pretty! And that's why I support fully customizable UI as proposed by Cienna Rand here
