Second life should make a new selection for objects that are not modifiable that allows or disallows the buyer of objects to be able to stretch or shrink linked objects as a whole.
It should work like this.. if Modify is not checked, then the options should appear.. if modify is checked.. the options will not appear because, buyers will have that ability already.
