In relationship to the Refer a Friend (or Associates) program, a page in our Account section would be needed for us to keep track of our click throughs.
Specifically, that new page'd need to show
1) How many hits our ads have received,
2) How many of those hits have become Basic members
3) How many visitors became Premium members
Ideally, add a second parameter to the refering link, which is used as an AD ID, so we can measure how effective each of our ads is, and learn what works and what does not.
